Helping Hearts Initiative was founded in honor of our founders late mother Annette T. Frasier, who lost a long battle of Colorectal & Stomach Cancer. Whitney and Annette shared an amazing mother and daughter bond that they were not just each others best friend but were inseparable. On September 9th, 2020, Annette transitioned on and Whitney vowed that her living will not be in vain and to continue her motherβs legacy.
Whitney Frasier is a Project Manager and entrepreneur as an Event Coordinator for her business, Bella Constituto. She studied at Kean University in the School of Business, earning a Bachelorβs of Science in Business Management. During Whitneyβs collegiate experience she served as a Resident Assistant while also mentioning Freshmen students as. Peer Counselor. She is devoted to helping and providing support to other cancer fighters and their families as she understands the experience first hand.
As Annette instilled so much love, care and passion in her children, that positive energy will continue to radiate Whitney as a mother and community advocate. She is working to make a difference to motivate, inspire, hope and change for others.
"In loving memory of an Earthly Angel Annette T. Frasier legacy will live on."
Danielle operated as a Behavioral Assistant with Volunteers of America and a Childcare Specialist with Tiny Leaders Academy. She received her Bachelorβs Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Kean University. Danielle exhibits leadership and philanthropy extending 16 years with children of various ages. Danielle embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by co-founding an event dΓ©cor and design powerhouse, All Things By Us.
Our mission was poignant to Danielle because she reflects on her list of loved ones due to various cancers. While mourning her losses, Cancer is still navigating through her family and circle of peers. Helping hearts is a foundation for Danielle to evince her guidance, experience, and nurturing resources for our community.
Asha is a graduate of Bloomfield College, who studied Criminal Justice & Psychology. Currently, sheβs excelled in her field as a PMO & Technical Recruiter. She was an appointed program Monitor for NYOCC to serve adolescents who didnβt qualify for specific programs. Ashaβs mentorship experience with the Big Brother and Sister program assists our foundation in teen growth and resources.
Our mission is valued by Asha due to personal family losses to this disease. Personal experiences presented the trials and tribulations of families and children transitioning through treatment. Asha is eager to continue learning new resources, developments, and extending her hand in support to help families.
Leslie received her Bachelorβs of Science in Business Management through Kean University. Currently, Leslie is a Human Resources Professional at a Non-Profit in Newark. She has adopted the need to help others when they are limited or cannot help themselves; it is not always, however, the satisfaction of helping others is self-serving. She will continue to strive and bring the same efforts forth to Helping Hearts Initiative. Her personal mission is to shine a little light during such dark times to individuals within our communities. Unfortunately, Cancer affects us all, as it does to millions of people. My peers and I are not excluded. Between our mission and goals we have set for Helping Hearts, it all stems from very personal experiences and I am here to do the work.
